Your loving kindness could help Kensley shine as she pursues her dreams of helping children with mental health challenges. At Connie Maxwell, we care for children who have experienced more heartbreak than most of us will ever know. Some came from abusive homes… others were neglected… others have grown up without the basic necessities of life, like school supplies or a safe place to sleep.
You have the opportunity to make a lasting difference. Children like Kensley are chasing big dreams—but they need someone to believe in them. Kensley is a straight-A student at Emerald High School, where her academic excellence is matched by her passion for music. She’s part of the Greenwood High School Fine Arts Academy Choir and recently traveled to New York City during spring break to perform. This spring, she even had the honor of singing the National Anthem at a Braves game in Atlanta.
Kensley’s dream is to become a mental health therapist and help other children heal—just as she has been able to do through the love and support of people like you. Her journey is just beginning, and with your help, it can continue strong.
