Michelle Geiser

Vice President of Programs and Services

Michelle joined the Connie Maxwell in May of 2025. She holds a Doctorate of Education in Community Care and Counseling Traumatology from Liberty University. She also has several licenses and certifications in non-profit management and trauma studies from universities such as Duke and Florida State. Michelle is also a Certified Clinical Supervisor, a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Addiction Specialist, Certified Clinical Supervisor, and Certified Trauma Professional.

Michelle previously served as the Program Director for the Hope Coalition Corp in Hendersonville, North Carolina, where she worked with children, adolescents, and families to regain their personal power through education, prevention, advocacy, and recovery. Michelle developed the Hope Coalition Corp and built a national network where she led several national conferences. She has also had the privilege of developing curriculum for UNC Chapel Hill.

Michelle and her husband Kevin have been married since 2016 and live in Saluda, NC, with their two children, Benjamin and Annabella. In her spare time, she enjoys running, traveling, and seeking out her next adventure.
