Ed Gidewall
Senior Pastor at Connie Maxwell Baptist Church
Ed joined the team in July 2023 as the Senior Pastor of Connie Maxwell Baptist Church. Before arriving at Connie Maxwell, he served as the pastor for high school, college and young adults at Second Baptist Church in Lancaster, S.C. He has been serving in a youth pastor and interim senior pastor capacity since 2011.
Ed comes to Connie Maxwell with a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies from North Greenville University and a Master in Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He and his wife Jessica live in Greenwood, SC, with their two children, Sam and Emily.
