Caleb Polatty
Vice President for Human Resources
Caleb joined the Connie Maxwell Family in April of 2026 and we are thrilled to have his experience and love of Christ on board our team! Caleb has extensive knowledge of Human Resources, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Lander University and an MBA from Limestone University. He currently serves as the President-Elect of SHRM Lakelands, which is a local organization made up of HR professionals from all types of industries, both for-profit and non-profit. He also teaches the classes for HR professionals desiring to get their SHRM certifications. We could go on about his knowledge, skills, and education, but what he is and who he desires to be is a Christ following servant leader, and that is what makes him special! Caleb and his wife Emily have two children.
