Brad Setzler
Vice President for Human Resources
Brad joined the Connie Maxwell family in July 2019. With more than 125 employees at our ministry, Brad was a much-needed and welcomed resource. He holds a dual Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Human Resource Development from Clemson University. Brad also has SHRM-CP and PHR certifications. While his education and HR knowledge are good, what is most evident about him is his love for God and for others. Brad and his wife Dee Dee have two children, Bentley and Ava. In his free time, he enjoys fitness, outdoor activities, and sports.
